History

2009 — Foundation

Thread insert production begins in Wuxi, built on established insert manufacturing technology transferred from an aviation-industry supplier. The first product line is wire thread inserts for automotive and consumer-electronics customers.

2011–2015 — Process consolidation

Self-tapping insert capability is added, with a dedicated self-tapping production line established on imported German technology. The company becomes a qualified supplier to power-grid equipment manufacturers, and annual revenue passes the RMB 10 million mark.

2016–2024 — Capacity expansion

A new plant is commissioned at the end of 2021 following a RMB 20 million facility investment, lifting thread insert machining and assembly capacity. Direct-supply relationships are established with several domestic EV manufacturers, and annual revenue passes RMB 80 million.
